The success of the LWE PTO, and all the events and programs that support Lake Windward Elementary, depends on people just like you! Getting involved as a volunteer can mean many things – from a little to a lot, whatever you're able to give.
You could work a shift at an event, lend your business experience or resources, coordinate an event, or even serve on the Board. Whatever your time and talent, there's a place for you to help make an impact on our school community.

We are looking for dedicated volunteers to serve as PTO officers or committee chairs for the 2025-2026 school year. It’s Board Election time, and we’d love for you to be part of the team!

Copy room helpers will help with a variety of requests such as copying, laminating, etc.
Flexible scheduling DURING the school day!
HELP THE TEACHERS!
Help unload and welcome kids every other Friday morning, rain or shine. Check in at the front desk at 7 and head to the carpool area. You bring the coffee and smiles, we’ll have the music and other fun surprises.

REQUIRED VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Fulton County Schools requires all volunteers to be registered online with FCS before participating in any activities.
You will not be able to volunteer IN THE SCHOOL until you complete the online training and application.
It may take up to 48 hours for your application to be processed, after which you will be eligible to volunteer. Please ensure you complete the required form well in advance of your volunteering.
